Floating Crown LLP is a partnership between James Middleton-Burn, a celebrated Sussex chef, his wife, Penelope, and Amphora, the Sussex-based wine importer, specializing in the great new wines from the South of France.
The Partnership owns the Crown Inn at Dial Post, a Free House off the A24 South of Horsham, and delivers outstanding value in pub dining and drinking and external catering. The wines are particularly interesting. Bed & Breakfast accommodation is also available.
