Home cured smoked salmon with prawn and crayfish, lemon, salad, bread and butter
Cream of local artichoke soup with white truffle oil and Sussex cob loaf
Rillettes of pork with chutney and Sussex crispbreads

Roast sirloin of aged local beef, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and roasting pan gravy
