We are specialists in wines from the South of France (Languedoc, Roussillon and Provence) because they represent the New World of European wine-making. These regions have not followed the ways of Bordeaux, Burgundy, the Loire, Alsace and the other traditional French Regions. Instead, many of the wine-makers are using techniques and styles typical in the New World, especially Australia and New Zealand.
